Job Description

This role supports the creation, deployment, and production of McIntosh & Sonus faber luxury brand experiences (in-person experiences & activations) to elevate brand perception, fuel dealer and distributor activations, and support commercial outcomes.

This role primarily focuses on events in EMEA, including management of the Sonus faber factory experience and regional Vicenza experience for VIPs and stakeholders.  You will be responsible for executing events that elevate brand perception of Bose Luxury and its brands, expanding consumer demand across existing music enthusiasts and into new luxury consumers, aspirers, and their design advisors. 

Scope of Responsibilities

A. Experience Program Development & Management

  • Identify experience opportunities, in collaboration with the Global Activation team.
  • Improve and oversee ongoing execution of the Sonus faber Factory Experience and regional Vicenza/Veneto Experience for VIP customers and stakeholders.
  • Lead the end-to-end guest journey design of key experiences, from invitation to post-event follow up.
  • Confirm the strategic intent, goals, and budget for each experience.
  • Manage relationships with Experience partners and Bose stakeholders.
  • Own documentation of experience frameworks, flows, run-of-show guides, and best practices.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, storyteller, and on-site leader throughout the experiences we produce.
  • Support the development of a broad experience Strategy and guidelines to create scalable program around the world, including standardized playbooks and toolkits).

B. Dealer & Distributor Activation

  • Partner with the Activation team to guide dealers on how to turn events into brand-building and sales-supporting experiences.
  • Coordinate with the Training &Education team to ensure storytelling + luxury behaviors are integrated.
  • Support key partners in elevating their own experiential execution, acting as a reference point for luxury standards and experience design.

C. Event Coordination & Experience Support

  • Support global experiential activations with planning, content, flows, experience design and logistics.
  • Identify and secure the correct audio equipment and display environments; oversee setup and break-down / ship-out.
  • Ensure events ladder up to Experience KPIs and brand goals.
  • Capture leads and hand off to Bose VIP Sales Enablement and/or supporting dealer for conversion. 
  • Define experience flow and key moments (arrival, immersion, peak, closing) to ensure emotional and sensory impact.

D. Content & Story Enablement

  • Partner with Product/Content Marketing teams to identify what assets are needed to activate experiences.
  • Gather field needs from distributors/dealers and translate them into creative requirements.
  • Ensure alignment with future Brand Identity and Brand Guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the PR team to ensure experiences are designed with media relevance and narrative clarity in mind.

E. Performance & Reporting

  • Track Experience KPIs: attendance, audience quality, dealer support, conversion signals, post-event opportunities.
  • Support scoring/evaluation frameworks for experiences globally.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to continuously refine programming, formats, and audience targeting.
     

Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years producing brand experiences, cultural activations, or high-end hospitality events for luxury audiences
  • Proven track record leading end-to-end guest journey design across international markets.
  • Experience managing business partners such as retailers and distributors.
  • Strong narrative and storytelling skills; ability to translate a brand identity into experiential moments.
  • Experience developing scalable playbooks, frameworks, or toolkits across markets.
  • Comfortable managing budgets, vendor contracts, and multi-event logistics simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with audio or AV environments preferred
