Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Lead Technology Product Manager to take end-to-end ownership of strategically important products across Scandinavia. In this senior role, you will combine deep customer understanding, strong commercial judgment, and technology insights to drive product success in a cloud- and AI-driven environment. You will operate with significant autonomy and accountability while collaborating closely with business, technology, and European stakeholders.
Your MissionYou will ensure that assigned products deliver strong customer value, market fit, and commercial success. You will guide products from strategy and roadmap definition through launch and continuous improvement, while actively removing obstacles and driving alignment across organizations.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary connection point between business and Product Management
- Own product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and prioritization across Scandinavia
- Lead cross-Scandinavian product portfolio areas
- Explore business development opportunities within our core strategic markets
- Own commercial success and market fit of assigned products
- Prepare and present business cases for strategic and investment decisions
- Manage partner products and strategic partnerships
- Collaborate closely with software development teams in an Agile environment
- Support marketing, sales, and customer success in go-to-market and onboarding activities
- Proven experience as a senior Product Manager in a software or SaaS organization
- Strong business acumen and commercial mindset
- Industry knowledge within accounting, tax advisory, and practice management
- Solid understanding of cloud technologies, AI-driven solutions, and modern development practices
- Experience working in Agile environments; SAFe experience is an advantage
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Willingness to travel regularly within Scandinavia
- Fluent in English; Scandinavian language skills are a plus
