monday.com is looking for an experienced and proactive Technology Procurement Team Leader to lead and grow a team overseeing all aspects of technology-related procurement. This includes SaaS platforms, cloud infrastructure, software, licenses, hardware, and more. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving operational excellence, supplier performance, and cost efficiency across multiple functions such as R&D, IT, and Business Applications.
- 7+ years of experience in technology procurement, including at least 3 years in a global/international company.
- 5+ years of experience in team leadership or managerial roles.
- Deep understanding of sourcing, contracting, and vendor management within tech procurement.
- Strong proficiency with ERP systems; NetSuite experience is a significant advantage.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
