As a Technology and Project Performance and Reporting Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping and conveying the narrative of our technology's journey. Your expertise in creating compelling presentations, analyzing data, and developing strategic communication materials will be essential in influencing decisions at the executive level and ensuring alignment across the organization.
Responsibilities:

PowerPoint Presentations: Excel in creating professional, persuasive PowerPoint presentations that effectively tell the story of our technology's journey. Your presentations will be a primary medium for sharing insights and influencing decisions at executive levels.

Data Analysis and Synthesis: Perform detailed analysis of technology performance data, identifying key trends and insights. Your analytical skills will be essential in shaping the strategic narrative presented in your reports and presentations.

Visual Data Storytelling: Utilize your expertise in Excel and Power BI to create visual representations of data that are both informative and engaging. Your ability to turn data into visual stories will make complex information accessible to all stakeholders.

Strategic Communication: Manage the flow of technology-related communications, ensuring that messages are clear, concise, and effectively reach their intended audience. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining alignment and understanding across the organization.

Project Documentation: Develop comprehensive project documentation that accurately reflects project plans, status updates, and performance metrics. Your attention to detail will ensure that these documents are both informative and reliable.

Communication Material Development: Create a variety of communication materials, including announcements, newsletters, and executive summaries, that support the technology governance framework and strategic objectives. Your work will ensure a consistent and professional image of the technology department.

What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a role focused on technology performance reporting and strategic business analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a particular emphasis on creating professional, impactful PowerPoint presentations and complex Excel spreadsheets.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
- Understanding of the principles of change management and effective communication techniques.
- Creativity and innovation in developing new reporting formats and communication methods.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and extract meaningful insights that inform business decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proven track record of presenting complex data in a clear and understandable manner to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated basic project management skills, with experience in leading initiative and meeting tight deadlines.
- Adept at creating visual narratives that simplify complex information, making it accessible to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in developing and executing communication strategies, particularly in the context of technology change management.
- Knowledge of the latest trends in data visualization and business intelligence tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
