Key Responsibilities
• Assist in creating, editing, and maintaining technical documentation such as user guides, release notes, FAQs, deployment notes, and product updates.
• Gather information from engineers, product managers, and subject matter experts to help translate technical input into clear content.
• Follow documentation templates, style guides, and internal standards to ensure consistency and quality.
• Update existing documentation based on product changes, feedback, and release cycles.
• Support documentation tasks in Agile workflows, including sprint-based updates and release documentation.
• Maintain documentation files in content management systems or documentation platforms.
