Experience: 2–5 years of technical writing experience producing enterprise‑quality documentation for products, solutions, and APIs; experience working with product teams and agile/SAFe environments; and a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high content quality.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant technical writing experience.
