Your Opportunity: Corporate Graphics International - North, a division of Taylor Corporation, is seeking a Technical Support Representative - Internal Account Manager in our North Mankato-MN facility. The position is responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient execution of customer programs for in-house processes.

Work Authorization: 
To be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship. 

 

Your Shift:

  • Monday - Friday, with flexible hours between 7:00am – 6:00pm

  • Occasional overtime, including some Saturdays, may be required

  • Onsite at MN-North Mankato-1750 Tower Blvd

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relations with customers to ensure that their quality expectations are being met

  • Proactively work with internal groups to ensure that products produced for customers are of the highest quality

  • Ensure effective communication with customers through facilitating conference calls and presentations of products or tools available to the customer

  • Work with internal teams to ensure we are providing accurate information to customers and servicing their account as specified

You Must Have:

  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent

  • 3+ years’ experience in an account servicing role

  • Strong problem solving and organizational skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce technology

  • May occasionally require presenting in front of large groups

We Would Also Prefer:

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree

  • Print industry experience

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $19.00 - 21.00 The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employees.
