About the Role
It is a highly hands-on, versatile position in a lean organization where you will wear multiple hats and grow with the business.
You will support customers in understanding and applying technically sophisticated testing systems - helping them select the right configuration, answering application-related questions, coordinating with German engineering teams when deeper expertise is required, and ensuring smooth order processing from inquiry to delivery.
You do not need to come in as a subject-matter expert. What matters most is:

You will work directly with US leadership and collaborate closely with German engineering teams. As the U.S. market continues to expand, this role offers increasing responsibility and long-term development potential.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Applications Support
- Review customer requirements and recommend appropriate laboratory/testing systems
- Support equipment configuration and application discussions
- Interpret measurement data and provide technical guidance
- Coordinate complex technical inquiries with German engineering teams
Customer & Sales Support
- Maintain and develop long-term customer relationships
- Support quotation preparation and order coordination
- Participate in selected industry conferences and technical trade shows
- Contribute to business development initiatives
Order & Operations Coordination
- Manage order workflow from inquiry through delivery
- Ensure timely processing and quality standards
- Support CRM documentation and internal reporting processes
What The Company is Looking For
- Experience in customer service, sales, technical support, or other customer-facing technical roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Ability to understand technical documentation and measurement processes
- Structured, self-organized working style and comfort operating in a lean, growing organization
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build long-term customer relationships
- Proficiency with standard office and CRM systems
Preferred (but not required) experience includes filtration technology, aerosol science, HVAC testing, laboratory instrumentation, international collaboration, or German language skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base approx.$70,000 – $80,000. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant experience
