Job DescriptionDuties and Responsibilities
Train and certify and provide technical support for authorized repairing vendors of Audio product. Handle escalations, questions and concerns from dealers/customers, tracking and reporting of the same. Provide related service reports to the immediate supervisor. Provide onsite troubleshooting and problem resolution for dealers/customers when necessary. Reliably respond to off-hours needs (evenings and weekends) by phone and email. All other duties as specified by immediate supervisor.
Qualifications
Minimum Education/Experience:
Major in Electronic Technology or related, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Technical Support of audio/electrical products.
Special Skills Required:
Excellent communications skills and well written in English. Strong knowledge of audio consumer industry.
