Job DescriptionPosition Summary
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be a critical member of our Global Talent Acquisition team, supporting the APAC region, responsible for attracting and hiring top-tier talent across all areas of the business. You will partner closely with leadership to design tailored recruiting strategies that attract, engage, and retain top talent.

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, including hiring managers, leadership, and HR business partners, to understand the needs of the business and help grow the organization. Your expertise in sourcing, recruiting, and closing highly qualified candidates will support Bose growth strategy and business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment lifecycle for various technical and Non-technical roles, including software, mobile, mechanical engineers, cloud developers, architects, and sales, marketing and other specialized positions.
- Collaborate with hiring leaders to understand their business and hiring needs, ensuring alignment in critical skills through the recruitment and selection process.
- Develop and execute in region sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive and active talent through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, technical forums, employee referrals, agencies, etc.).
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and positive candidate experience across the hiring process.
- Screen candidates to assess their technical qualifications and alignment with company values.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their technical hiring needs, refine job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Provide an outstanding candidate experience by guiding candidates through the interview process, giving timely feedback, coaching leadership as necessary and fostering positive engagement.
- Utilize Workday applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to manage and track the recruitment process and maintain data integrity.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and market data to recommend and implement effective recruiting strategies.
- Coach hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and recruitment processes, ensuring consistent and compliant hiring practices.
- Drive improvements in recruitment processes and outcomes, leveraging analytics and data to refine sourcing strategies and pipeline development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 8+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a strong focus on sourcing and closing candidates
- Proven experience in recruiting for highly specialized technical roles in competitive markets.
- Expertise in various sourcing methods, including boolean searches, X-ray searches, and creative sourcing techniques.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and technologies (programming languages, cloud infrastructure, data engineering, etc.).
- Experience using ATS tools and other recruiting technologies, Workday strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven mindset, using metrics and insights to improve the recruitment process.
- Knowledge of employment laws and compliance recruiting in China and the APAC region
- Experience working in a matrixed global company
