The Technical Programs Analyst combines hands-on technical and analytical work with program ownership to support the Engineering Technical Programs function. You'll work with data across systems, build the reporting that gives leadership visibility, and take ownership of initiatives as they arise. This role is for a technically savvy, resourceful problem-solver who can navigate ambiguity and find a path forward independently. It's a high-visibility role with room to grow into broader program ownership and will be hybrid out of our Wakefield or Boston office.

- Identify opportunities to automate manual work and improve how the team gets and uses information.
Program Delivery
- Take ownership of programs and initiatives as they arise, driving them from request through delivery.
- Coordinate the people, tasks, and timelines needed to deliver outcomes effectively.
- Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items, and follow up on open items to closure.
Vendor & Spend Tracking
- Maintain a clear view of technology vendors and spend — cost, renewals, and usage.
- Surface optimization opportunities such as underused licenses or duplicate tools for leadership decisions.
Reporting & Operating Rhythm
- Produce clear status updates and recurring reports for engineering leadership.
- Keep systems of record accurate and support the team's regular cadence of reviews and planning.
Requirements:
