Design, develop, test, deploy, and iterate production Java software and agentic AI systems for wealth management technology. Apply AI-assisted development practices, contribute to architecture and design reviews, build reusable foundations, troubleshoot complex issues, and deliver scalable, resilient backend solutions. Work with Spring or Spring Boot, REST APIs, relational and NoSQL databases, cloud environments, observability tools, and adaptive-system testing while collaborating closely with a product-minded engineering squad.

Produces and maintains client-facing and internal technical documentation, including online help, release overviews, bug fix notes, upgrade packages, newsletters, and special-project content. Coordinates reviews with Product, Engineering, QA, and Client Delivery teams. Requires technical writing experience for software products and familiarity with single-source authoring tools, software development processes, source control, and issue-tracking systems.

Supports the Training and Education team by reviewing, updating, recording, editing, and publishing short-form VestmarkONE training videos. Responsibilities include identifying videos affected by UI changes, using screen-capture and editing tools, adding annotations, syncing voiceovers, creating captions, and prioritizing updates with the Training team. The internship provides hands-on experience in video production, instructional design, and education technology.
