Coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain project plans and go/no-go checklists, report project health, build dashboards, and improve PMO templates, playbooks, and delivery processes. Support product education and ad hoc reporting for Client Delivery leadership.

Supports managed account operations across multiple clients, including account administration, reconciliations, corporate actions, security master processes, performance reporting, onboarding, system testing, and exception resolution. The role requires daily transaction processing, accurate documentation, client communication, coordination with operations and technology teams, and participation in workflow improvements and platform enhancements.
