What We'll Bring:
We are seeking a Technical Product Manager with 3–5 years of experience in product management, engineering, or related product development roles. In this role, you will translate customer and stakeholder needs into clear technical requirements, guide engineering teams through delivery, and drive progress on high visibility initiatives.Success requires strong communication skills, technical fluency, and the ability to operate effectively within a complex, matrixed organization. This position is highly cross functional and influences major initiatives across the full product lifecycle.
What You'll Bring:
Agile & Scrum Leadership
- Lead one or more scrum teams through scrum ceremonies and SAFe PI planning meetings (such as quarterly planning) to support iterative delivery.
- Ensure requirements are clear, technically feasible, and aligned to business strategy.
- Remove impediments, coordinate dependencies across teams, and ensure delivery of high visibility new initiatives.
- Facilitate trade‑off conversations to keep teams aligned on priorities and capacity.
Cross Functional Program Leadership
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, engineering, UX, data science, compliance, legal, product marketing, operations, and other partners in a matrixed environment.
- Manage cross-functional dependencies, especially for initiatives spanning multiple teams or business units.
- Drive alignment and maintain momentum through clear communication and influential leadership.
Product Development Lifecycle Ownership
- Lead product execution from ideation through retirement, ensuring smooth transitions between lifecycle stages.
- Translate customer and stakeholder requirements into actionable deliverables for engineering teams.
- Prioritize and manage multiple ongoing initiatives with competing demands.
- Conduct research, technical analysis, ideation workshops, and full cycle execution for both foundational and high visibility projects.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in technical product management, engineering, or related product focused roles.
- Experience in the financial services and/or banking industry.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Demonstrated experience leading Agile/Scrum teams and driving iterative delivery.
- Proven ability to work effectively across complex, matrixed environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders or developers.
- Preferred:
- SAFe PO/PM certification, CSPO or related product management certification
- Experience with cloud services in GCP or AWS

- Learn the organization’s product strategy and gain a deep understanding of the Product Development Process from ideation through launch.
- Build familiarity with ongoing product and technical initiatives.
- Establish strong working relationships with key internal partners, including engineering, solutions, analytics, compliance, legal, and marketing.
What You’ll Accomplish Beyond 90 Days
- Operate independently across all stages of the Product Development Process.
- Lead technical discovery, analysis, ideation, and delivery for initiatives of varying visibility and complexity.
- Fully integrate with engineering, data science, analytics, compliance, marketing, and legal teams to drive high quality outcomes.
- Represent the product function in cross organizational meetings such as compliance, InfoSec, and legal reviews.
- Deliver foundational capabilities and coordinate the cross functional execution required for products serving millions of customers.
