  • Take ownership of the Request Manager resolver group, ensuring proper tracking, communication, and resolution of assigned technical inquiries.

  • Respond promptly to technical questions related to Azure solutions, cloud architecture, product capabilities, or configuration requirements from internal teams, vendors, partners, and resellers.

  • Communicate product updates, roadmap insights, and cloud best practices to both internal and external audiences, contributing to knowledge building within the organization.

  • Manage and advise partners on Microsoft Azure promotions, incentives, and cloud programs, ensuring correct application and maximizing partner benefits.

  • Maintain peer-level technical relationships with Microsoft, acting as a technical point of reference within the Azure business unit.

  • Collaborate with the Business Solution Centre (BSC) to support presales activities, demos, PoCs, and other initiatives to increase Azure adoption across the partner ecosystem.

  • Provide basic post‑sales technical support when required, such as initial configurations, architecture validation, or solution reviews.
