Customer Relationship Specialist

Procuramos um(a) Customer Relationship Specialist para integrar a nossa equipa em Portugal. Esta função combina atendimento ao cliente com uma abordagem proativa de acompanhamento, garantindo não só a resolução de problemas, mas também a ativação, retenção e crescimento dos nossos comerciantes.

A tua missão

Este não é um papel de suporte tradicional. Aqui vais acompanhar os clientes de forma ativa ao longo da sua jornada com a Teya.

O teu foco será garantir que cada cliente começa bem, utiliza os nossos produtos com confiança e consegue ultrapassar rapidamente qualquer dificuldade. Ao mesmo tempo, vais ajudar a fortalecer a relação com a Teya e identificar oportunidades de crescimento.

Vais trabalhar em proximidade com as equipas de vendas e outras áreas para garantir que os clientes recebem o apoio certo em qualquer momento da sua jornada com a Teya.

O que vais fazer

  • Acompanhar proactivamente os clientes nos primeiros meses após a venda, garantindo uma ativação bem-sucedida e adoção dos produtos.

  • Atender chamadas, responder a emails e gerir chats com clientes, assegurando resolução eficiente e empática.

  • Esclarecer dúvidas, resolver problemas e gerir situações mais complexas com profissionalismo.

  • Identificar clientes em risco com base em sinais como baixa utilização, inatividade ou contactos repetidos, atuando preventivamente.

  • Contactar clientes com potencial de crescimento e apoiar a adoção de produtos e funcionalidades relevantes (ex: Business Account, Instant Settlement, MOTO, entre outros)

  • Reduzir fricção em momentos-chave da jornada do cliente e melhorar a sua experiência global.

  • Gerir reclamações de forma eficaz, encaminhando para outras equipas quando necessário.

  • Manter registos atualizados e organizados nos sistemas internos.

  • Identificar padrões, de forma a contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos e da experiência do cliente.

  • Desenvolver conhecimento sólido dos produtos e sistemas para apoiar clientes equipas internas.

  • Tens excelentes capacidades de comunicação e és fluente em português e inglês.

  • És confiante, comunicativo(a) e adaptas facilmente a tua abordagem a diferentes perfis.

  • Tens empatia, mas também sentido comercial e orientação para resultados.

  • És organizado(a), estruturado(a) e consegues gerir várias prioridades.

  • Tens energia, iniciativa e vontade constante de aprender e melhorar.

  • Encaras desafios com atitude positiva e resolves problemas com rapidez.

  • Tens capacidade de identificar oportunidades de melhoria e contribuir com ideias.

  • Experiência prévia em apoio ao cliente, retenção, vendas ou funções similares.

Skills Required

  • Experience in customer support, retention, sales, or similar roles
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive approach and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
