Job Purpose
Lead supplier governance and performance management across third-party suppliers by driving operational excellence, supplier accountability, governance forums, performance analytics, and continuous improvement while supporting Vendor Managers in strategic supplier management.
Key Responsibilities
Governance & Supplier Management• Lead supplier governance meetings (ORMs, performance reviews) • Monitor supplier contractual and operational performance • Challenge suppliers on SLA failures and recurring issues • Drive supplier improvement plans
Performance & Reporting• Analyze supplier KPIs and trends • Develop supplier dashboards and scorecards • Validate supplier data • Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders
Escalation Management• Own Level 2 supplier escalations • Coordinate resolution across suppliers and internal teams • Identify recurring operational issues
Cost & Operational Improvement• Identify cost leakage and operational inefficiencies • Recommend improvement initiatives • Support governance with performance insights
Process Governance• Review and approve operational process changes • Ensure governance documentation remains current • Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Stakeholder Management• Work with Vendor Managers, AVMs, EGI, Suppliers and Field teams • Represent Vendor Management during governance discussions
