About this opportunity:
We are looking for a skilled Enterprise Architect to join the Architecture & Technology Board and play a key role in shaping and governing business process architecture and enterprise system alignment across Service Delivery. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse, standardize, and optimize business processes, while driving coherence across enterprise platforms, applications, and architectural governance.
This role requires strong understanding of enterprise systems, business process architecture, software application ecosystems, and architecture governance practices to enable scalable, standardized, and transformation-driven delivery models.
What you will do:
- Analyse the existing Service Delivery application landscape, enterprise systems, and associated business processes
- Document and govern business processes, application interactions, APIs, and information flows across Service Delivery ecosystems
- Identify opportunities for process simplification, standardization, automation, and optimization within the SD IT landscape
- Define and maintain enterprise business architecture models, process maps, application interaction flows, and architecture artifacts using tools such as ARIS, LeanIX, ArchiMate, or similar
- Drive alignment across enterprise platforms including CRM, project and portfolio management, risk management, workflow systems, and custom-built applications
- Collaborate with Service Engineering and application teams to ensure alignment between business processes, application architecture, and implementation approaches
- Contribute to enterprise architecture standards, integration patterns, governance frameworks, and software engineering best practices
- Participate in Architecture & Technology Board reviews and governance decision-making processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Service Delivery, Enterprise organizations, and external units to drive architectural alignment and reuse
- Ensure lifecycle management and continuous evolution of business process architecture within the SDLC ecosystem
- Stay current with evolving enterprise architecture practices, business process methodologies, software architecture trends, and digital transformation initiatives
The skills you bring:
- Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect, Business Process Architect, or similar architecture leadership role
- Should have 10+ years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of business process modelling, enterprise systems, software application architecture, and governance frameworks
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), integration architectures, APIs, microservices, and enterprise application ecosystems
- Hands-on experience with enterprise architecture and modelling tools such as ARIS, LeanIX, ArchiMate, or similar
- Strong understanding of enterprise platforms such as CRM, workflow, project portfolio management, and risk systems
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across business, engineering, and cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical, documentation, process optimization, and system-thinking capabilities
- Understanding of cloud-native application ecosystems and modern software engineering practices is a plus
- Relevant certifications (TOGAF, BPMN, ITIL, or equivalent) are a plus
- Should be familiar with Agile/DevOps etc.
- Should be familiar with data architecture and data flow
- Should possess excellent presentation and communication skills
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in telecom
