Are you seeking an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team at Dynatrace and shape key product communications and strategies? We are looking for a Technical Communication Manager who will play a crucial role in sourcing, compiling, synthesizing and writing essential product stories and narratives to support Dynatrace's continuous announcement of game-changing innovations. In this role, you will have the independence to grow, the space to shine, and the opportunity to make a visible impact.

Collaborate with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to understand technical aspects of the Dynatrace product and upcoming innovations, then transform these insights into clear, compelling written content that effectively communicates value to target audiences.
Build strong working relationships with product managers and engineers to ensure technical accuracy and strategic alignmentwith the product roadmap.
Structure product stories and narratives effectively, tailor messaging for specific audiences, and work collaboratively with the broader product communications team to deliver cohesive content strategies.
Build comprehensive product expertise by learning and synthesizing real-world use cases and customer applications.

What will help you succeed

Strong knowledge of the software development process and understanding of cloud, container and security technologies.
Several years of experience in technical communication.
Exceptional English writing skills, with experience translating technical ideas into business-relevant narratives.
Dynamic and entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to move between projects and topics.
Proven ability to multitask and deliver on many tasks simultaneously.
Willingness to learn and engage in all parts of the Dynatrace product.
Attention to detail and a sense for design and the visual aspects of product communications.
Experience or knowledge of video production is beneficial, but not mandatory

Compensation Data

We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 65.000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
