Together with your team you're working on core components of the Davis Causal AI.
As a lateral leader, you are part of the development team and lead by example, through building trust and coaching/mentoring your team members.
Contribute to your team's product domain as a software engineer, engage in technical and architecture discussions, design and implement cutting-edge features in Davis AI root cause analysis, optimize performance and ensure the reliability and resilience of the services in your domain

What will help you succeed

Technical study related to Software Engineering or a related field.
Several years of experience in Java software development.
Familiar with working in an agile environment.
Team player with a proactive approach, ability to inspire colleagues.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively connect with team members and stakeholders.
Being able to express ideas and share concepts fluently in English.
Prior experience in mentoring and leading a development team

Compensation Data

We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 65,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
