Dynatrace Product Management Team
Dynatrace’s Product Management team owns and drives the roadmap for the Dynatrace platform, balancing customer needs, business priorities and technical innovation. Product managers work closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing and customers across areas such as Platform, Observability, Dynatrace Runtime Security and Monetization. The team includes core, growth, outbound and experience product roles, giving employees several ways to influence product vision, adoption, market positioning and the user experience.
Design and User Experience
Dynatrace’s Design and User Experience team turns complex observability data into clear, usable experiences for more than 4,000 customers. The 70-plus-person global community includes product experience designers, content designers, user experience researchers, visual designers and design leaders. Team members work closely with product managers and engineers from research through delivery, using customer insight, prototyping, the Strato Design System and technical knowledge to simplify data-heavy workflows across the platform.
Data Science and Research
Dynatrace’s Data Science and Research team builds the intelligence behind the Dynatrace platform, combining root-cause analysis, predictive and generative AI with applied research in cloud-native security, distributed data systems and real-time analytics. Data scientists turn observability data into scalable models, agents and product capabilities, while researchers move ideas from experiments and publications toward real-world technology.
Dynatrace Engineering Team
Dynatrace’s Engineering team is the largest part of its research and development organization, building the core platform and product capabilities used by thousands of companies. Engineers work across solutions, capabilities, product architecture and development, with teams responsible for everything from cloud-native infrastructure and OneAgent, the company’s intelligent, automated observability and monitoring software agent, to application security and user-facing features.
