We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our technology and business transformation team. The ideal candidate will be driving requirements gathering, solution design, and successful delivery of enterprise-scale initiatives. This role requires strong analytical skills, experience with financial services organizations, and the ability to work independently in complex integration environments.
The Business Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business needs, analyze processes, document requirements, and support the implementation of technology solutions that align with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Independently facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, requirements gathering meetings, and solution design discussions with business and technology stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with product owners, architects, developers, QA teams, and business users throughout the project lifecycle.
