The Senior Business Systems Analyst will define business requirements, support IT initiatives, and ensure quality deliverables while collaborating with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

The Senior Business Systems Analyst will collaborate with financial services clients, leading business analysis and requirements translation, ensuring successful IT project delivery and stakeholder alignment.

Lead design, development, and cloud deployment of scalable backend microservices for payments. Partner with product and architecture teams, write and test production-grade code, ensure low latency and reliability, maintain and refactor core payment systems, mentor engineers, and participate in on-call and release management to maintain high system availability.

Design and implement core server platform components, collaborate with developers to evolve the platform, mentor teammates, scale systems through automation, run blameless postmortems and remediate incidents, and evaluate and deliver new technologies via proofs of concept.

Investigate payment disputes and chargebacks by reviewing transactions, documentation, and system data. Process cases within timelines, document findings, communicate outcomes to partners, escalate exceptions, and support operational quality and throughput across assigned work queues.

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to gather, analyze, and document business and regulatory requirements for dispute processing. Write user stories, use cases, and functional specs, validate APIs and integrations using Postman, support testing and QA traceability, manage backlog, and provide post-implementation support.

Design and implement automated QA workflows and validation frameworks for distributed, fault-tolerant infrastructure. Validate stability, performance, reliability, and security across on-prem, cloud, mainframe, and voice platforms. Lead testing through CI/CD pipelines, perform root cause analysis, run DR exercises, use monitoring and log-analysis tools, and collaborate with product, development, and operations to provide QA sign-off for production releases.

Provide international tax guidance for globally mobile employees: prepare and review tax documentation, advise on tax equalization and protection, support withholding and shadow payroll, maintain assignment records, liaise with payroll/tax/immigration/internal stakeholders and third-party vendors, monitor international tax regulations, and support vendor management and SOPs to ensure compliance across jurisdictions.

Manage and grow a portfolio of healthcare and insurance clients by aligning payment products to business needs. Develop account plans, drive renewals and cross-sell, coordinate internal teams, resolve client issues, and meet revenue and retention targets.

Lead billing operations within Finance Shared Services: manage month-end invoicing, map new products, support audits and migrations, recover and validate billing files, analyze data, recommend process improvements, and ensure billing accuracy and client satisfaction.

Provide day-to-day support for Merchant Services clients, resolving inquiries through various channels and guiding clients on Fiserv tools for business growth.

Field sales role selling Clover point-of-sale solutions to restaurant owners at Restaurant Depot locations in the Chicago area. Responsible for prospecting, cold calling, generating leads, consultative selling, closing deals, installing Clover systems, and training clients while meeting quota in a hunter-style role.

Manage billing operations including month-end invoicing analysis, mapping products across payments divisions, audit support, billing file recovery and validation, quantitative analysis, and process improvements to ensure billing accuracy and client satisfaction.

Advance vulnerability management into exposure management by identifying attack paths to crown-jewel assets, validating exploitability, prioritizing remediation using threat-informed models, coordinating cross-functional remediation, and producing executive risk reporting to measure exposure reduction over time.

Field sales role targeting restaurant owners to sell Clover point-of-sale and online ordering solutions. 100% hunter role involving cold calling, prospecting, lead generation, face-to-face meetings at Restaurant Depot locations, installing systems, and providing hands-on training. Quota-driven position requiring strong consultative selling and travel within the Chicago area.

The Tech Lead designs and operates observability platforms, enhances telemetry pipelines, and supports compliance and architectural strategies within agile teams to ensure application performance.

Manage and grow enterprise payments client relationships by aligning Fiserv solutions to client goals, coordinating onboarding and integration, monitoring satisfaction, driving engagement, conducting regular reviews, and identifying opportunities for client growth and improved service delivery.

Serve as a senior manual QA expert enabling automation by writing detailed test cases, auditing and organizing test suites, troubleshooting flaky tests, and validating hardware/software interactions.
