Partner with clients and cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives, develop business cases, lead lifecycle activities, ensure regulatory readiness, and present product direction to executives and clients to drive retention, modernization, and revenue growth.

Manage payment facilitator and marketplace registration lifecycle for clients: coordinate submissions, reviews, renewals, and escalations; liaise with sales, compliance, card brands, acquiring/sponsor banks and clients; monitor compliance and reporting, complete annual reviews and audits, respond to inquiries within SLAs, update process documentation, and participate in meetings and client calls.

Designs and implements SSO and MFA solutions using SAML, OAuth2 and OIDC. Manages Ping Identity clusters, builds federations/trusts, integrates passwordless and FIDO2 protocols, provides on-call incident triage for authentication issues, and analyzes logs/events to detect anomalies while ensuring compliance.

Design, build, and optimize security-focused big data pipelines and architectures (Data Fabric, Datalake, Datawarehouse). Lead end-to-end implementations, automate processes, support stakeholders, and enable data delivery for analytics and security use cases.

Lead Clover-wide AI product vision and roadmap, scaling generative-AI and predictive solutions for merchant commerce. Drive cross-functional delivery, AI governance, MLOps enablement, commercialization, and people leadership to launch and optimize AI-enabled POS and SaaS offerings.

Drive new logo acquisition and grow enterprise multinational accounts across APAC. Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract close, lead cross‑functional collaboration, negotiate commercial terms, and develop account strategies to expand wallet share.

Lead product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a Services platform combining POS, scheduling, payments, CRM, subscriptions, invoicing, mobile workforce management and AI automation. Own portfolio, partner cross-functionally, drive commercialization, pricing, merchant adoption, and product-led growth while managing a product organization.
