To drive PUMA South Africa E-Commerce sales and margins through merchandising, marketing, customer service and content initiatives according to PUMA’s brand strategy and key product stories. Key objectives are:
- Responsibility for execution of the E-Commerce strategy for Puma South Africa, including Global alignment.
- To own, manage, and prioritise multiple projects with high-quality output.
- To provide leadership, development and guidance to a team of E-Commerce professionals.
- Understanding of E-Commerce, including warehouse logistics and internal order fulfilment
- P/L control with a with a strong focus on budgets, third party agreements and tender processes, and the monitoring thereof.
KPIs and qualitative measures:
- Net Sales
- Gross Margin
- Inventory Turnover
- Cost Control
- Site traffic
- Conversion rate
You will have a good understanding of E-Commerce having been in a management role leading a team within an apparel, footwear or related environment for at least three years.
You will have previous experience in crafting and executing strategy, taking Global guidance and crafting a solution and budget that works within the local context.
You will enjoy working with and growing team members and will encourage collaboration across teams to achieve the best solution.
You have a passion for wholesale/retail and E-Comm space and are always looking for opportunities to grow the market.
