The EU Program Manager role is hybrid blend of Senior Project Manager / PMO who will support us drive end-to-end program delivery governance for a complex, cross-functional programs. The role requires combination of PM experience with agile/scrum master experience to ensure seamless planning, execution, and stakeholder communication across business and technology teams. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and facilitation skills, along with experience in managing large-scale enterprise solutions like SAP or O9.
How you will contribute
You will:
  • Lead and manage program/project delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, cost, and quality goals.
  • Establish and maintain robust PMO governance processes for tracking program milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) and ensure coordination across Scrum teams and functional leads.
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, dashboards, and performance metrics for leadership and executive reporting.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder communications, including weekly status updates, executive summaries, and steering committee presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, IT, partners, and vendors) to ensure seamless delivery and issue resolution.
  • Drive adherence to project management standards, templates, and tools.
  • Support change management, release readiness, and cutover planning activities across streams.
  • Coach team members on delivery discipline, governance practices, and Agile mindset.

What you will bring

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in Project / Program Management and PMO functions.
  • 5+ years in Agile / Scrum environments with experience as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale ERP or Supply Chain transformation projects (SAP or O9 experience strongly preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage distributed, cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Project Management Certification (PMP, Prince2) and Agile Certification (CSM, SAFe Agilist, PMI-ACP) preferred.
  • Experience in JIRA MUST and ASANA preferred
