Team8 Stealth Cyber Startup- Founding Vulnerability Researcher

Come join an early-stage stealth Cyber startup to help build our offensive capabilities from the ground up. In this high-impact role, you'll be a key player in our R&D core team, shaping the technical heart of the product. You'll sit at the intersection of world-class offensive research and core agentic AI research.

What You'll Do

• Original Research: Discover novel vulnerabilities, attack primitives, and exploitation techniques across various surfaces.
• Exploit Development: Build reliable, weaponizable proof-of-concepts that hold up in real production environments.
• Research to Product: Translate your offensive techniques into real capabilities.
• Adversarial Tradecraft: Develop methodologies that mirror how top attackers actually operate end-to-end.
• Red Team Validation: Stress-test the product against hardened targets and push the ceiling of what it can do.
• Technical Voice: Represent the company in the research community through talks, papers, and disclosures.

• Track Record: Demonstrable experience of offensive work — previous roles, bug bounty, CTF reputation, published CVEs, or original research published.
• Depth: Deep expertise in at least one offensive domain — web/app vulnerability research, cloud, identity, kernel/OS internals, network protocols, or AI/LLM security.
• Builder's Instinct: Comfortable in Python, Go, or Rust. Able to ship research into production-quality code.
• Founding DNA: Comfortable with ambiguity and zero-to-one. You want ownership.
• Language: High proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Location: Tel Aviv, in-person — this is a founding team role.
