Job Description
Get to Know the Team
You will be part of Grab Cambodia's Mobility & Operations team, which is responsible for growing our Mobility businesses and ensuring Grab's services are reliable and safe. The team is divided into 4 key functions: Supply Operations, Operation Excellence and Product, Platform Safety & Quality, and Strategy & Growth. The Strategy & Growth function leads a wide range of exciting initiatives, such as product experiments and roll-outs, service expansion and new business launches.
Get to Know the Role
In this role, you will report to the Cambodia Head of Mobility and Operation and will work closely with Grab Cambodia's leadership team. The role require a person who is able to manage projects across functions to drive Grab's services forwards. You will work onsite in Grab's Cambodia office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Managing high-impact projects, from planning to execution, in direct contact with senior leaders in the organization.
- Identifying, sizing and assessing business growth and business improvement opportunities.
- Running research and data analysis to derive insights.
- Providing insights-based recommendations for the country leadership team to make informed decisions on strategic planning, budgeting, and target setting.
- Reporting on market trends and competitive landscape to support business teams.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- A Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field - for example Business Administration, Economics, Business Analytics/Intelligence, etc.
- At least from 1 year of experience - for example management consulting, project management, strategy, business intelligence, analytics.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate stakeholders across functions and levels of seniority.
- Excellent at analytics, including Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (can perform complex functions). You will need to be comfortable drawing insights from complex and large datasets. SQL proficiency is a big plus.
- Highly proficient in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to present and debate.
- Ability to define clear objectives, formulate robust hypotheses, and leverage all available resources to design and implement creative solutions.
- Ability to think about and understand both the big picture and the granular details.
