Job Description
- Oversee daily supply chain operations.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock levels.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Train and mentor supply chain team members.
- Collaborate with other departments to align supply chain processes with business goals.
- Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies in the supply chain process.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies.
- Manage logistics and transportation of goods.
- Forecast demand and plan inventory accordingly.
- Lead supply chain projects and initiatives.
- Lead Sale Inventory Operation Planning meeting and coordinate for all department related to come up with optimal plan
- Request Production planning and purchase planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience of supply chain management
- Experience with inventory management and demand forecasting.
- Ability to develop and implement process improvements
- Ability to analyze and interpret supply chain data
- Knowledge of logistics and transportation management.
- Good for both speaking and writing English
- Proficient in MRP system, SAP, Microsoft Outlook/Team, Excel, Power Point
