Get to Know the Team
We are the pioneer team contributing to the exciting growth of Grab Cambodia and Myanmar, making everyday essential services more accessible to the masses, safely and securely.
Get to Know the Role
You will be responsible for planning and implementing continuous improvement in payment operations and the rollout of products for merchants and drivers across Myanmar and Cambodia. This role involves creating, maintaining, and implementing efficient operations processes for payments and upskilling. You will report to the Head, Transport & Operations and work onsite in the Phnom Penh office in Cambodia.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- You will work closely with regional teams to manage Transport and Deliveries products, monitor performance, and provide insights and recommendations.
- You will plan, set up, and process all manual and automatic payments for Transport and Deliveries partners and merchant partners.
- You will coordinate top-up campaigns by collaborating with vendors to support driver-partners.
- You will coordinate with the Regional Center of Excellence teams and manage third-party vendors to set up payment operations processes and ensure accuracy.
- You will oversee the performance of mini-GCs (Grab Centers) and track payout calculations.
- You will educate and train Grab merchant-partners about the latest product features through clear and engaging communication plans.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role in a relevant field such as accounting or product management.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant fields.
- High proficiency in written and spoken English and Burmese.
- Experience in managing payment operations and product rollout.
- Strong at analytics to monitor and provide insights on product performance.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Power BI, along with payment processing tools.
- Effective collaboration skills to work with regional teams, vendors, and the Center of Excellence.
- Experience with setting up and maintaining payment processes.
- Capability to educate and train merchant-partners.
