  • テスト導入に関する課題のトラブルシューティングを行い、顧客とmablエコシステム内の他部門との間のエスカレーション窓口および仲介役を務める
  • 営業、カスタマーサクセス、カスタマーサポートと連携し、担当アカウント全体の顧客エクスペリエンスにおける傾向を監視・特定し、エンゲージメントの機会を特定する
  • 顧客からのフィードバックを引き出し伝達したり、四半期ビジネスレビュー(QBR)に参加したり、エスカレーションされた課題を管理したりするなど、mabl社内で担当アカウントの成功を推進する
  • mablプラットフォームのパワーユーザーとなり、様々な活動やプログラムを通じて組織全体でのプラットフォームの普及を促進する

Skills Required

  • 3+ years experience as a TAM, consultant, customer success, or solution architect for large enterprise clients
  • Ability to take initiative and work collaboratively as a team player
  • Experience with front-end web technologies and APIs
  • Excellent technical aptitude, curiosity, and helpfulness
  • Knowledge of Core JS, CSS/XPath selectors, and standard web APIs
  • Practical experience with test automation and/or DevOps tools is a plus
  • Project management experience
  • Strong communication skills needed for a small team effecting large business influence
  • Ability to collaborate with the US East Coast team in necessary situations
