We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Talent Administrator to join our busy team, to support initiatives around our global training strategy. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to provide an efficient, accurate and high-quality day to day operational training service to our employees and timely and proactive administrative support to our Talent & HR colleagues. You will be passionate about learning and development, inspiring and supportive, enabling our people to reach their full potential.
You will support the development and delivery of organisation's talent development programmes (check out our award winning PowerU) and digital L&D strategy and promote a culture of self-directed learning to support the delivery of IQ-EQ’s vision and people & culture agenda.
Tasks (what does the role do on a day-to-day basis)
- Support day to day training administration of all training events via our Learning Management System (MyCampus), scheduling events, issuing invites (and communications where required), tracking and confirming attendance ensuring always that data is accurate and up to date
- Manage the training administration process that supports the efficient running of CPD and other training activities across the Group
- Provide a front-line email and telephone service to the Group dealing with all training related queries, providing accurate and timely responses.
- Obtain the required data and complete the production of the quarterly training MI and activity
- Collaborating with suppliers to set up and manage external training events, including all correspondence with participants and facilitators.
- Support the global Embark induction programme, ensuring a tailored approach and a first-class experience for all new starters and their managers

Qualifications
- Experience of using an LMS (SAP Success factors preferred)
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organisational and analytical skills
- Ability to be flexible and work effectively as part of a Team
- Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise work in a knowledgeable and logical way
- Operates in a structured and organised way that enables the Talent team to work cohesively and efficiently together
- High level of people skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment, and proven ability to meet challenging deadlines
