As a Campus Recruiter, you'll build meaningful relationships and create exceptional experiences for interns and co-op students throughout their candidate journey. You'll play a key role on the Campus Recruiting team, developing and maintaining partnerships with faculty, students, and career centers at target schools while helping to strengthen our campus presence. Working closely with hiring managers, you'll identify and attract top emerging talent, guide candidates through the interview process, and help deliver a seamless hiring and onboarding experience.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage relationships with key university partners, including career centers, faculty, and student organizations.
- Drive campus recruiting efforts by sourcing and engaging top student talent while maintaining strong candidate pipelines.
- Identify top talent and manage candidates through interview process to offer acceptance and start.
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience by providing timely communication, feedback, and support throughout every stage of the interview process.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute both on-campus and virtual recruiting events, including career fairs, information sessions, and networking opportunities.
- Partner with hiring managers and interview teams to support campus presentations, facilitate interviews, and assist with candidate evaluations and hiring decisions.
- Travel to universities and recruiting events as needed during peak recruiting seasons.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in campus recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proven ability to source, engage, and attract top campus talent.
- Strong candidate relationship management and influencing skills, with a track record of successfully closing candidates in competitive hiring markets.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate challenges with creativity and resourcefulness.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment and brings a positive, proactive attitude to their work.
