  • Lead cross-functional teams through discovery, development, launch, and iteration of high-impact features and enhancements.
  • Own responsible gaming product experiences, ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions while maintaining a seamless customer experience.
  • Lead funnel optimization across sign-up, login, and account management flows to improve conversion and reduce friction for new and returning customers.
  • Translate vision into clear product requirements, business cases, and success metrics that guide execution.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Legal, Analytics, UX, and Operations teams to deliver complex cross-platform initiatives on tight timelines.
  • Leverage data, experimentation, user research, and A/B testing to evaluate product performance, prioritize investments, and measure impact across the account lifecycle.
  • Mentor other product managers and contribute to the evolution of product best practices across the organization.
  • Influence at all levels of the organization through clear communication, structured thinking, and stakeholder alignment.

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree or any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
  • At least 7 years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of building and scaling successful products.
  • Deep experience managing product strategy, roadmaps, and delivery in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Experience owning customer accounts, onboarding, authentication, or identity-related product experiences across web and mobile platforms is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to support decision-making, prioritization, and experimentation.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Experience balancing long-term vision with near-term impact in complex and ambiguous product spaces.
  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a passion for creating meaningful customer experiences.
  • Familiarity working with internal tools, customer-facing platforms, or foundational technology products is a plus.
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and continuous improvement.
