Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process for assigned business requirements
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, consultancies, and other hiring channels
  • Screen and evaluate candidate profiles based on business requirements
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business stakeholders
  • Manage candidate engagement and follow-up throughout the hiring process
  • Ensure timely offer rollout and onboarding coordination
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and daily hiring reports
  • Build strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future hiring requirements
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring priorities and closures
  • Support bulk hiring and drive planning activities whenever required
Eligibility:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Freshers or candidates with experience in recruitment / talent acquisition can apply
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment
  • Good understanding of sourcing and screening techniques
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working on job portals like Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Good stakeholder management skills
  • Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously

Skills Required
