The Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing global team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the full recruitment lifecycle for our Product, Design, and Data teams, building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers, and executing a talent strategy that aligns with our business goals. You will play a crucial role in building the core teams that drive our mission of a world without limits, approaching every challenge with the thoughtfulness our clients and team members deserve.

  • Demonstrated experience as an end-to-end recruiter, with a proven track record of successfully hiring for Product, Design, and Data roles.

  • Deep knowledge of the Indian talent market, including key companies, talent pools, and salary benchmarks.

  • Expertise in both active and passive sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.

  • Exceptional hiring manager relationship management skills, with the ability to partner, influence, and advise on talent decisions.
