The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across the APAC region, leveraging advanced proficiency in Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of APAC talent markets, a proven ability to hire across diverse functions, and expertise in managing a data‑driven, end‑to‑end recruitment process. This role requires a collaborative, strategic partner who excels in stakeholder alignment and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy & Execution
- Drive the full-cycle recruitment process across India and the broader APAC region using Greenhouse ATS for requisition management, candidate tracking, pipeline updates, interview workflows, and reporting.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs, role requirements, and business objectives across technical and non‑technical functions.
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, direct sourcing, talent mapping, job boards, referrals, and market insights to attract high-quality active and passive candidates.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for priority and high‑growth roles across multiple APAC markets.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR business partners to define recruitment strategies, hiring timelines, and selection criteria.
- Provide consistent, data-driven updates through Greenhouse dashboards and reports, including talent availability, salary data, and competitive market trends.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, guiding them on recruitment best practices, market shifts, and talent trends across APAC.
Candidate Experience
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience by managing all touchpoints through Greenhouse and maintaining timely, transparent communication.
- Conduct candidate engagement throughout the interview cycle, including expectations setting, interview prep, and feedback delivery.
- Champion the company’s culture and values to create a compelling and consistent employer narrative.
Market Research & Talent Sourcing
- Conduct talent and compensation benchmarking within India and APAC using market research, sourcing insights, and Greenhouse pipeline analytics.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies, tapping into LinkedIn Recruiter Projects, talent intelligence data, and community networks to attract diverse talent pools.
- Represent the organization at virtual career fairs, networking sessions, and recruitment events to grow employer visibility across APAC.
Process Improvement & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, funnel conversion rates, source effectiveness) using Greenhouse reporting and dashboards to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure full compliance with India and APAC labor laws, internal controls, and hiring policies.
- Regularly optimize hiring processes, interview structures, and workflows within Greenhouse to increase efficiency and quality of hire.
Employer Branding & DEI
- Support employer brand initiatives across India and APAC, leveraging hiring data and market insights to improve brand positioning.
- Promote and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruitment process, ensuring diverse, representative talent pipelines.
- Participate in university hiring, brand activations, and diversity-focused sourcing events.
Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience
- 5+ years of talent acquisition experience across India and APAC with proven success recruiting in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
- 3+ years of using Greenhouse ATS & LinkedIn recruiter
- Extensive hands‑on experience with Greenhouse ATS, including workflow configuration, interview scheduling flows, reporting, scorecards, structured hiring, and bulk process management.
- Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter skills, including pipeline building, market mapping, Boolean sourcing, and outreach sequencing.
- Experience hiring across multiple job families (technology, engineering, sales, business operations).
- Strong understanding of regional labor markets, cultural nuances, and hiring regulations across APAC.
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Deep expertise in sourcing strategies, recruitment marketing tools, and talent intelligence.
- Passion for DEI, with demonstrated success recruiting diverse talent.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
