- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and HR systems.
