We are looking forward to hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our HR team in attracting and hiring top talent. The role involves assisting with job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. The intern will also help coordinate recruitment events and support the onboarding process. Ideal candidates should have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and keen interest in HR and recruitment. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and HR processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and client needs.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Negotiate job offers, salary packages, and terms of employment between clients and candidates.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide insights to clients and candidates.


Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and HR systems.


Skills Required
