Manage full recruitment lifecycle: gather vacancy requests, source and advertise candidates, screen and shortlist, coordinate interviews, administer assessments, onboard hires, ensure work tools, and mentor staff while building relationships with hiring managers.

Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources
- Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Experience using job portals, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment databases
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Coaching and mentoring abilities
- High level of integrity and professionalism
