You'll be a true partner — to hiring managers, to candidates, and to the team we're building together.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the full recruitment cycle - from creative sourcing to offer and close.
  • Hire not just for the role, but for the contribution to culture, business, and team- every hire matters.
  • Challenge the way recruiting is done - bring AI tools, automation, and unconventional approaches to sourcing and outreach.
  • Partner deeply with hiring managers - understand the team, the business need, and what "great" actually looks like beyond the job description.
  • Build a candidate experience worth talking about - every touchpoint is a reflection of who we are.
  • Contribute to employer branding - content, campaigns, and representing Upwind in the talent market.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes - if something isn't working, say so, change it, try something new.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our ATS (Comeet).
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner in a fast-growing startup- must.
  • Hands-on technical recruiting experience (R&D, Product, Data/Analytics roles).
  • Real AI capabilities - you're actively using AI tools in your recruiting work, not just aware of them.
  • Data-driven decision making- you use data to inform sourcing strategies, evaluate pipelines, and improve outcomes.
  • Global recruiting experience- cross-border hiring across multiple regions or markets.
  • Proactive by nature- you don't wait to be asked to make something better.
  • Creative- in sourcing, outreach, and process design.
  • You hire for meaningful contribution- not just to close a req.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills- a true people-person with high emotional intelligence.
  • High level of English- both written and verbal.
