Job Description:

Envista Holdings Corporation is a global leader in dental products and technologies. With over 30 trusted brands—including Nobel Biocare, Ormco, Dexis, and Kerr—Envista serves dental professionals in more than 150 countries. The company operates across two key segments: Specialty Products & Technologies and Equipment & Consumables, offering solutions from dental implants and orthodontics to imaging systems and infection prevention.

At Envista, we don’t just hire people—we empower them to shape the future of our business. We are looking for a driven and resourceful Talent Acquisition Advisor / Corporate Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in connecting exceptional talent with meaningful opportunities across our global organization. As a Talent Acquisition Advisor / Corporate Recruiter you will lead the full recruitment lifecycle while also diving deep into sourcing strategies to uncover hidden talent for Envista Holdings Corporation and its operating companies. This includes building relationships with hiring managers, sourcing passive candidates, building talent pipelines, screening and interviewing applicants, evaluating skills, making recommendations for talent matches to business needs, and partnering closely with business leaders in making talent decisions.

  • Partner with hiring managers in Costa Rica to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and workforce plans; define effective recruitment and sourcing strategies for each opening
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions in Costa Rica – from initial hiring strategy and intake meetings through sourcing, interviewing, selection, and extending offers to candidates
  • Proactively source candidates using a variety of channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, etc.), leveraging advanced tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques to identify and engage passive talent
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, engaging both active and passive candidates to ensure a steady flow of qualified talent for key roles
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial phone/virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for the role and the organization
  • Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, including scheduling interviews with hiring teams, gathering feedback from interviewers, and keeping all parties informed – ensuring a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional engagement
  • Negotiate salaries based on market pay rates and candidate qualifications.
  • Provide market intelligence and talent insights to hiring managers – e.g. advising on talent availability and competitor insights – to inform recruitment strategies and set realistic expectations
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate progress and recruitment metrics in the Applicant Tracking System (Workday), ensuring all requisitions, interviews, and candidate interactions are properly documented
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues, to fill specialized or hard-to-fill roles, while aiming to minimize reliance on external agencies by building in-house sourcing capability
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience at every step – from initial outreach to onboarding – by communicating promptly, providing feedback, and acting as an Envista brand ambassador in all candidate interactions

Job Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of professional recruiting experience (in-house and/or agency), with a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment and talent sourcing for a variety of roles.
  • Strong expertise in sourcing techniques – including building complex Boolean search strings and using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter – to identify and engage passive candidates beyond traditional job boards. Hands-on experience creatively finding talent via social media, alumni networks, professional associations, etc., is highly valued
  • Interviewing & Assessment: Solid understanding of effective interview techniques and assessment methods. Proven ability to conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates against job requirements objectively. Familiarity with behavioral interviewing and competency-based assessment is a plus
  • Good knowledge of relevant employment laws and ethical hiring practices in the Costa Rica region ensuring all recruitment activities comply with legal and company standards
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in Spanish and English. Able to craft compelling outreach messages and effectively pitch opportunities to candidates. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and to collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively on a team and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders. Comfortable advising and coaching hiring managers on recruitment processes, candidate selection, and market trends.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Capable of managing multiple open positions and sourcing projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality. Detail-oriented in managing candidate information and scheduling, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision, while also knowing when to escalate issues or seek guidance. Resilient and resourceful in the face of challenges, with a solution-oriented mindset.
