We’re seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Agentic Workflows team, building the next generation of AI-powered workflow automation for our SaaS B2B platform. You’ll design and deliver intelligent, scalable systems that help businesses work smarter and achieve better outcomes.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with product, design, and AI teams to bring innovative features to life. You’ll apply your deep understanding of software design patterns, stay ahead of industry trends, and drive continuous improvement across our platform. You’ll also take ownership of technical excellence—identifying and addressing tech debt, ensuring reliability, and delivering high-quality, well-tested code.
As a Senior Engineer II, you’ll work across a wide range of technical areas— from streaming and microservices to A/B testing, data modeling, and internal tooling. No matter the focus, your goal will be to deliver high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code that drives measurable impact.
What You'll Do:
Contribute to both the technical and product roadmap, providing input and effort estimates during initiative discovery and execution.
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business needs into elegant, effective technical solutions.
Anticipate and resolve challenges before they become blockers — identify potential failure points, plan solutions, and weigh trade-offs thoughtfully.
Mentor and support teammates, sharing knowledge through pair programming, code reviews, and technical discussions.
Who You Are:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience
5+ years of relevant software engineering experience (backend, full-stack, or systems)
Proficiency in Golang, Typescript, and React
Extensive experience with cloud computing platforms (ideally AWS) and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
Proven ability to make well-reasoned design and development trade-offs within your domain and provide high-level guidance to others
Experience collaborating with Product Management and cross-functional teams to scope and deliver long-term plans
Strong sense of code ownership and technical stewardship, with an emphasis on clarity, maintainability, and performance
Operates with a comprehensive understanding of domain boundaries and stakeholder goals, enabling forward-thinking architectural decisions
Demonstrated leadership through mentorship, collaboration, and knowledge sharing
While not required, experience with Gemini, LangChain, or other agentic and AI workflow technologies is a strong plus. Familiarity with modern LLM frameworks, prompt orchestration tools, or vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) will help you excel in this role.
