Provides supply chain systems consulting across retail, distribution, and consumer products clients. Delivers strategic transformation solutions involving inventory, fulfillment, warehouse management, planning, point-of-sale, system selection, and IT assessments. Responsibilities include client engagement, industry analysis, project deliverables, presentations, relationship management, thought leadership, and development of consulting intellectual property. Requires strong communication, project management, Microsoft Office proficiency, and willingness to travel to client sites up to 50%.

Lead the Finance workstream for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance implementations from discovery through stabilization. Provide expertise across general ledger, payables, receivables, project accounting, fixed assets, reporting, consolidations, intercompany, and multi-entity design. Advise client executives, lead workshops and solution design, oversee deliverable quality, collaborate across technical and supply chain workstreams, and mentor finance consultants. Support data conversion, reporting, testing, cutover, go-live, and occasional presales activities.

Leads complex cybersecurity investigations and incident response, correlates data across endpoint, identity, network, cloud, email, and application sources, and improves detection, automation, remediation, and response processes. The role coordinates significant incidents, communicates risk to clients and stakeholders, reviews analyst work, mentors team members, and owns assigned security platforms or capabilities.

Lead day-to-day security operations including incident triage, escalation, containment and remediation. Manage and maintain EDR, NDR, SIEM, SOAR and other security tools; implement automation and repeatable processes; lead incident investigations; support threat hunting, vulnerability management, penetration testing, GRC, and client onboarding. At Manager level, lead and mentor security analysts, develop metrics/reporting, coordinate vendors, and occasionally travel to client sites and events.

Provide end-user and client-facing IT support for Modern Workplace environments: deploy and manage devices, support Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools, maintain VDI and remote desktop services, enforce security/compliance (MFA, endpoint protection, patching), monitor systems, document in ITGlue, and escalate incidents while recommending continuous improvements.
