Lead design and delivery of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions using X++ and Azure. Architect integrations, mentor development teams, manage SDLC and budgets, support sales pursuits (RFPs, estimates, SOWs), and drive D365/Power Platform adoption while staying current on Microsoft technologies.

Manage and optimize paid media and organic search programs (PPC, SEO) to drive qualified demand. Perform keyword research, audits, A/B tests, budget management, and build dashboards. Partner with content, web, and campaign teams to improve traffic, conversions, and ROI using data-driven optimization.
