We are seeking a T3 Sales Engineer focused on exceeding client expectations by simplifying their complex business needs.  Industry competitors often have layers of tenured management that create barriers to career advancement. You will thrive in this role if you can Envision, Define, Implement, Review, and Adapt in collaboration with customer partners, T3 sales/support teammates, T3 developers/engineers, integration partners, and vendors.  You will develop tools, processes, and metrics that improve business processes for Your team & Customers.  You will drive strategic growth and evolution of the T3 ecosystem through data analytics and market research.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the T3 Sales Account Executive and Leadership Teams
  • Excel at gathering requirements for projects and engineering innovative network solutions
  • Through your expertise and understanding of each client’s needs, you outline uniquely beneficial solutions within the T3 platform with prospects/customer needs 
  • Accelerate the sales cycle by sharing your expertise and critical thinking skills with the sales staff, customer success team, and customer support team
  • Effectively highlight the benefits of our services with strong persuasive written and presentation abilities
  • Assist in aligning internal engineering development/engineering resources to assist with customer requests and growth 
  • Be an impactful member of the sales team by supporting all efforts to reach revenue goals and enhance the client experience
  • Encourage long-term client retention by supporting the integration and implementation of company solutions with technical sales support and answering complex questions
  • Present technical training to new and existing sales staff
  • Research and demonstrate industry knowledge and emerging technology trends both in and out of T3
  • Enhance the T3 user experience by assisting in the development and launch of new products and services
  • You report directly to the Manager of Sales Engineering for goals, guidance and assistance
  • Other duties as assigned to serve the T3 vision and mission

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in technology field or 4+ yrs relevant work exp in pre-sales, customer success, or customer/product support, product development, or product/project management role
  • Must be proficient in the following:
    • Technology understanding of IoT or construction equipment
    • Value propositions / ROI statements and proposals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills with a strong ability to build rapport quickly as demonstrated by application materials and interview
  • Ability to articulate technical value into customer business based on our T3 Technology offering
  • Preferred attributes
    • Proven track record of success
    • Construction / Equipment / Fleet experience
    • SaaS / Telematics / IoT experience
    • API / Coding Experience
