As part of Mondelēz International Digital Services, you work with the services operations capability leads to ensure that defined processes and tools (which could be in sales, finance, marketing, customer service and logistics, procurement, HR, etc.) are used to provide impeccable service to the organization. You and your team will define and carry out resourcing plans that deliver efficient organizational performance
How you will contribute
In this role, you will oversee compliance monitoring, quality assurance and data protection activities and ensure the effective use of enabling technology, including case management tools. In addition, you will plan for and make sure that daily activities are completed, and implement and monitor quality standards for your team, including reviewing and adjusting key performance indicators and service level agreements to drive continuous improvement. You will also monitor, analyze and improve team performance to improve customer satisfaction. As a people leader, you will coach, motivate, train and inspire direct reports, provide guidance and direction to your team to ensure they are providing excellent responses to queries and requests, and manage individual performance.

What you need to know about this position:
HICX Supplier Portal Administration
- Provide administration for the HICX Supplier Portal including configuration, workflow management, form design, and task management
- Interface with the Solution Process Expert for solution design and incorporating value-add features and functionality to improve end-user and supplier experience
- Provide expertise on HICX configuration and lead administration partners to deliver ad-hoc and project-related configuration changes, as well as execution of platform upgrades
- Design and create portal forms, workflows, and supplier communication templates in partnership with the Supplier Tower organization
- Execute cutovers for portal-related projects, working alongside administration partners
- Serve as the single point of contact for HICX support, attending regular calls with HICX and raising and tracking progress on support tickets
- Manage the HICX non-production environments to meet project requirements, align refresh requests with HICX and ensuring systems are restored and ready to use
Reporting & Analytics
- Responsible for end-to-end reporting in HICX - generating both standard and customized reports for the consumption of the operations team and the business
- Create advanced analytical reports to support data-driven decision making and operational insights
- Develop and maintain reporting templates that enable performance tracking and trend analysis
System Interfaces & Integration Testing
- Advice on interfaces with other systems, including SAP and digital systems using both APIs and file transfers
- Monitor integration health between HICX and SAP (data flows, API connectivity, error handling)
- Support and test integration between D&B and HICX for supplier data enrichment and parent-child reconciliation
- Support and test integration between HICX and Celonis for process mining and operational analytics
- Coordinate with HICX and internal technology teams on integration issues, defects, and enhancement requests
Data Factory Collaboration & Mass Changes
- Work in close collaboration with Data Factory teams on mass changes in recipe and in HICX
- Support mass data upload activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness of bulk updates
Continuous Improvement
- Drive continuous improvement projects in HICX to enhance platform capability, user experience, and process efficiency
- Identify opportunities to automate, simplify, and optimize portal workflows
User Provisioning & Access Management
- Provide expertise on the user provisioning process for the HICX Supplier Portal, including SSO and access role management
- Ensure application controls are adhered to and complete audit activity as required

- SAP knowledge (vendor master module and integration concepts)
- Experience of project delivery in a functional or technical role

- Ability to write and run SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and troubleshooting
- Experience working with low-code/no-code platforms - ability to configure workflows, design forms, and build automation using platform-native tools without traditional coding"
- Understanding of user interface and user experience design principles to support portal form design and enhance supplier/end-user experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders
