About the Role
We are looking for a Support Coordinator to support Service Delivery Managers (SDMs) with daily service operations, process coordination, and administrative activities.
This entry-level role is suitable for fresh graduates and early-career candidates; telecom experience is not required. We value attention to detail, reliability, organization, willingness to learn, and clear communication.
You will work with SDMs and other functions, gaining practical exposure to service contracts, customer operations, reporting, and global collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Support SDMs with administrative and operational activities related to service contracts and customer requirements.
- Prepare, review, maintain, and archive service documents and reports.
- Support customer account and access applications, official correspondence, meeting coordination, and related administrative processes.
- Prepare supporting documents for invoicing, customer requests, and internal processes.
- Maintain accurate operational data and support service performance reporting.
- Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to follow up on requests and ensure timely completion.
- Track activities and take ownership from initiation through completion.
- Identify document errors, missing information, and process gaps, then follow up for resolution.
- Support process and contract management activities as required.
- Use digital and AI tools to simplify work and improve efficiency.
- Support process improvement and automation opportunities in daily operations.

- Ability to manage documents, information, and multiple ongoing tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility.
Nice-to-have
- Experience using AI tools to improve productivity or workflows.
- Power BI or other data visualization and reporting skills.
- Experience in administration, project coordination, customer service, or operations.
- Knowledge of telecom, service delivery, or service contracts.
