About this opportunity:
We are looking for a highly motivated Integration Engineer to join our team in driving 5G modernization for the telecom industry. This role is unique: it combines deep technical execution with high-level client engagement. Your focus will be project delivery, configuration, and implementation
What you will do• Lead the analysis, preparation, and execution of test cases. You will be responsible for the configuration, integration, and migration of Cloud networks and 5G infrastructure.• Autonomous Client Leadership: Beyond technical tasks, you are expected to independently organize and lead technical meetings with customers. You should be able to clarify requirements and present solutions without needing constant supervision.• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Radio and Core Network Teams, acting as the bridge between customer needs and technical feasibility.• Strategic Reporting: Analyze project outcomes and report to both local and global support units to drive continuous improvement.
What you will bring• Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Telecommunications.• Experience: Previous experience in the IT/Telecom domain is required, someone who demonstrates exceptional logic, fast learning abilities, and a "can-do" attitude.• Communication Mastery: Fluency in English and Mandarin is mandatory. You must possess the "Soft Skills" to navigate complex stakeholder environments and lead discussions confidently.• Organizational Power: The ability to take ownership of a project's communication flow and lead a meeting from agenda to action items independently.• Technical Foundation (Preferred but not all required):
oLinux system administration
oShell-scripting / Programming (Python, Bash, etc.)
oVirtualization & Cloud technologies (Kubernetes, OpenStack)
oNetworking protocols and architecture
oDatabase administration
