Position Summary

 

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Specialist to support and manage end-to-end supply chain operations for project-based business initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional activities, managing suppliers and logistics partners, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and supporting project execution from planning through completion. Candidates with extensive experience in supply chain product procurement and logistics management, together with working experience in listed companies or large enterprises, are highly preferred.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

l   Manage supply chain activities for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines, budgets, and business objectives.

l   Coordinate procurement, production planning, inventory management, logistics, and delivery schedules to support project execution.

l   Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Operations, Engineering, Finance, and external suppliers to ensure seamless project implementation.

l   Develop and maintain project supply plans, ensuring material availability throughout the project lifecycle.

l   Track project milestones, identify potential supply chain risks, and implement mitigation plans to minimize disruptions.

l   Manage supplier performance, lead time compliance, and delivery tracking to meet project requirements.

l   Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock management to balance availability and cost efficiency.

l   Support contract execution, purchase order management, and vendor communication.

l   Prepare project status reports and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.

l   Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, cost control, and customer satisfaction.

l   Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.

 

Required Qualifications

 

l   Diploma or above in Business, Supply Chain, Management, Secretarial Studies or a related field.

l   Minimum 5–10 years or above relevant experience in supply chain, merchandise procurement, inventory management and logistics management..

l   Proven experience in managing supply chain activities within project-based environments.

l   Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and cross-functional project coordination.

l   Proficiency in supply chain planning tools, and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

l   Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

l   Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

l   Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

l   Experience in listed companies or multinational corporations (MNCs).

l   Experience in demand planning, inventory optimization, and supplier relationship management.
