Summary:
As a Service Delivery Representative, you will act as the key liaison between clients and our production teams, ensuring smooth communication, timely project delivery, and exceptional service. This role is ideal for individuals starting their careers or those with up to one year of customer service experience who are eager to grow in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary client contact, building strong, long-term relationships through professional and responsive service.
  • Coordinate day-to-day project activities, including managing timelines, monitoring progress, and ensuring deliverables meet quality and client standards.
  • Facilitate clear communication across internal teams and ensure smooth handovers during shift transitions.
  • Accurately document all client communications and ensure information is properly relayed to relevant teams.
  • Identify potential risks, issues, or delays early and escalate appropriately to minimize impact on the client.
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy, professionalism, and service quality in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to support peak workloads, urgent requests, and time-sensitive deliverables.

Qualifications:
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
  • Resilient and adaptable, able to thrive in fast-paced and high-pressure settings; proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Willing to work shift schedules, including overnight duties (shift allowance provided).
  • Willing to work weekends and public holidays as required by service needs.
