Job DescriptionAre you a driven supply chain leader with a passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement? Join Doka Gulf as our Supply Chain & Operations Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing our supply chain and operational performance across the UAE and Oman.
In this role, you'll lead demand planning, inventory management, logistics, and warehouse operations while driving efficiency, collaboration, and process excellence across the business. Key Responsibilities
- Lead demand planning and forecasting for UAE and Oman
- Own inventory management, safety stock optimization and inventory health
- Reduce slow-moving and non-moving inventory
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics
- Coordinate material flows between local inventory, regional hubs and Group supply sources
- Oversee warehouse and yard operations, including receiving, storage, dispatch, return and reconditioning
- Lead and develop the Warehouse/Yard Manager and operational teams
- Lead continuous improvement, automation and digitalization initiatives
- Monitor KPIs relating to inventory, logistics, warehouse productivity and safety
- Support budgeting, forecasting and investment planning
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, Commercial and Finance teams

- Experience in construction, formwork, scaffolding, industrial equipment rental or related industries preferred
- Strong ERP, Excel and Power BI skills
- Strong leadership potential and commercial awareness
