Our client, a growing modest fashion e-commerce brand operating across the USA, Canada, and UAE. They work with international suppliers, multiple 3PL warehouses, and run frequent product
launches.
They are hiring a hands-on Supply Chain & Operations Manager to fully own demand planning, inventory decisions, production coordination, logistics, and operational execution. This role plays a
critical part in ensuring the right products are ordered in the right quantities, priced competitively, delivered on time, and available for launches and promotions.
Demand Planning & Forecasting
• Analyze sales data and trends to forecast demand
• Determine how many units to order per SKU, size, and market
• Plan inventory levels to support launches, promotions, and peak periods
• Prevent stockouts and overstock situations
Costing & Pricing Support
• Work with suppliers to understand product costing
• Support competitive pricing decisions by factoring COGS, logistics, and margins
• Identify cost-saving opportunities across production and shipping
Supply Chain & Production
• Manage production timelines with suppliers
• Track POs, samples, approvals, and bulk production
• Coordinate quality control and ensure production accuracy
• Reduce delays, errors, and rework
Logistics & Warehousing
• Manage 3PL relationships in USA, Canada, and UAE
• Handle ASNs, inbound receiving, and discrepancies
• Resolve missing cartons, mis-receipts, and inventory issues
• Coordinate air and sea freight schedules
Inventory & Systems
• Maintain accurate inventory across all warehouses
• Own Shopify inventory operations, SKUs, and bundles
• Ensure barcode accuracy and inventory syncing
• Prepare inventory for launches and promotions
Operations & Process
• Create and maintain SOPs for supply chain and operations
• Improve workflows and operational efficiency
• Coordinate closely with customer service on returns and issues
• Provide regular operations updates to management
Requirements
Required Experience
• 3–5+ years in supply chain, operations, or demand planning
• Experience in e-commerce and/or fashion retail
• Strong understanding of demand forecasting and inventory planning
• Experience working with 3PL warehouses
• Comfortable managing multi-country operations (US, CA, UAE)• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive problem solver
• Shopify experience
• International freight exposure
• Experience working with overseas manufacturers
Location
UAE (open to strong remote candidates depending on experience).
